This Tanzanian coffee stands out due to the shape of its beans, which resemble pearls. When two "Flatberry" beans join inside the coffee cherry, a single oval coffee bean called "Peaberry" is formed. In the original varieties, such grains occurred only in a volume of 5%, but by crossing with robustas, they occurred more frequently.
Milder roasting brings out more pronounced chocolate tones with medium acidity.
